Activities

Every Sunday morning from 10:30am to 11:50pm there is an opportunity to listen to the bible, pray and worship. Provision is made for children and teenagers each week. The morning gathered worship is supplemented by weekly house groups, weekly Prayer meetings, fortnightly evening services and monthly Sharing Lunches.

A branch of the Rainbow Credit Union is open between 2 and 4pm each Tuesday afternoon in the Family Centre

Opportunities to read the Bible, pray and talk to other Christians are provided weekly each Thursday, both in the morning and in the evening.

Friday Friends LogoFriday Friends ActivityFriday Friends is a meeting place for senior citizens.  The group meets weekly throughout the year between 1:30 and 3:30pm each Friday.  Typically there is a craft table, a knitting table, a card table and a scrabble table

There is a free-form prayer and praise meeting from 6:30pm to 7:30pm in the evening of first and third Sundays of each month, at which any present may contribute a scripture, a thought, a prayer and/or a song. Tea and coffee are served from 6pm

In addition to private prayer, there are opportunities to pray together every Sunday 9:30 to 10am in the main church building, and every Tuesday 7:30-8:30pm at a house in Cherry Hinton (see the full diary for details).  There is also a prayer partnership chain.

Simple lunch followed by DVD clips and discussion of Christian Basics in the Family Centre between 1 and 2:30pm on the third Thursday of each month, particularly suitable for senior citizens (see also Friday Friends)

On the last Sunday of each month following the morning gathered worship there is a bring and share lunch. Children are welcome when accompanied.
